Mobile content delivery

• Student: Jacob Chappell (2019).
• Purpose: Create a content-delivery application for rich text and interactive applets to be delivered to mobile devices.
• Method: The code is packaged into three Singularity containers, programmed in a combination of Javascript (compiled from Typescript, using the Angular and Ionic libraries) and Python (using the Flask library).
