Tune: Sailor's Hornpipe (traditional) as A(AB)4 (A=figures, B=chorus). (abc pdf)

Formation: A set of 4, hankies.

Sequence: Once to Yourself, Up and out, Chorus, F-Gyp, Chorus, E-Gyp, Chorus, Pop-Tarts, Chorus.

Chorus: 2 up steps, 2 pushbacks, ftj. Repeat. Both halves start on the right foot. First corners: on first us, pass close by the right in the middle, turning clockwise to face their original corners face to face on ther second us, staying very close. Push back to opposite's place. Second corners: cast out over the left shoulder on the first us and dance counterclockwise around the outside of the set to a point just outside their original righthand neighbor's original place at the end of the second us. Pushbacks to their diagonal opposite's original place. Second corners should be facing the center of the set at the end of the 2nd ds, then easy turn to pushback to their opposite's place. There should be a moment of hesitation at the end of the second us with all on a diagonal facing along the diagonal into the center of the set. Second half: identical to the first half with roles of first and second corners switched.

Ending: in the second half of the last chorus all do 4 pit capers turning (if necessary) on the spot to face up, ending in a diagonal. Number 1 (who is now in the front right end of the diagonal) leads off.
